Trail Mountain Coal Co. and its workmen's compensation insurance carrier, the State Insurance Fund, seek review of an order of the Industrial Commission of Utah awarding benefits to the children of a deceased workman.

Richard Kenner was an employee of the Trail Mountain Coal Co. when he was killed in a cave-in at a coal mine on February 3, 1982. He was survived by his widow, Dee Anna Kenner, and two minor children, Adam Leon Kenner and Dawn...
