Appellant Larry Bridges was convicted of murder and was sentenced to life imprisonment. The appellant, his brother, and the deceased were drinking wine. The brother had been dating the deceased's daughter. When the trio arrived at the deceased's home, the girl friend/daughter began an argument, so the deceased ordered the two boys to leave.
