KLIEBERT, Judge.

Defendant Abner Lynch and a co-defendant were charged by bill of information with four counts of armed robbery in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. On defendant's motion trial against his co-defendant was severed, as was trial on the individual counts. Defendant was tried on the initial count before a twelve person jury, found guilty as charged, and sentenced to ninety-nine years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence...
