William H. appeals from the district court's dismissal of his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim as time-barred.

William H. brought this action against Hennepin County and various of its officials and employees, claiming constitutional violations in connection with a strip search conducted in July 1978 during William H.'s detention at a county correctional facility. His lawsuit was started within the time allowed by Minnesota's six-year period...
