Ghebreselassie appeals the district court's order vacating an arbitration award and its order granting summary judgment in his action alleging breach of a collective bargaining agreement, wrongful termination, defamation, negligence, malicious prosecution, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We reverse the order vacating the arbitration award and the summary judgment on Ghebreselassie...
