Plaintiff Catalina Perez-Lacey brought this action against defendants University of Minnesota and Regents of the University of Minnesota alleging that defendants violated her rights under the Fourteenth Amendment and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983, and breached a contract between the parties.
