Plaintiff, Patricia Thomas, appeals the dismissal by the trial court of her action seeking to compel defendant, Thompson School District R2-J, to participate in nonbinding arbitration of her employment grievances. We affirm.

Thomas, then employed as a non-tenured school teacher in defendant school district, was advised on February 28, 1983, that her principal had recommended that she not be reemployed for the following school year. Shortly thereafter...
