(Thompson), a New Mexico corporation, brought an action against defendant Sally Kandarian Romig (Romig) to recover money due under a contract and enforcement of a mechanic's lien. Romig counterclaimed, alleging negligent misrepresentations, fraudulent misrepresentations, and breach of contract.
