Although the underlying suit involves contracts for supplying natural gas, these appeals and this petition for writ of mandamus concern only preliminary injunctions ordering a counterclaim defendant, Chunchula Energy Corporation, to deposit $904,000.00 in escrow with the circuit clerk pending resolution of the claims. There was evidence that Chunchula distributed dividends of $1,612,169.25 to its sole stockholders...
