The defendant, Pamela Willoughby Romero, has appealed the denial of her motion for new trial following the rendition of judgment by the trial court granting a separation from bed and board to plaintiff, Steven Randall Romero, and granting him sole custody of the minor child born of the marriage, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the defendant.
