The Bank of New Orleans and Trust Company (BNO) appeals from the district court's summary judgment dismissing its negligence claim against Arthur Young & Company (Arthur Young) on the ground that the claim was prescribed under Louisiana's one-year statute of limitations governing negligence actions.
