The appellant, William Daniel Waxler, was charged by Information in the District Court of Cleveland County, Case No. CRF-84-1358, with the crimes of First Degree Rape (21 O.S.Supp. 1986, § 1114) and Forcible Sodomy (21 O.S. 1981, § 888).
