PER CURIAM.

Defendant pled guilty to assaulting a prison employee, MCL 750.197c; MSA 28.394(3), and to being a fourth-felony offender, MCL 769.12; MSA 28.1084. Defendant was sentenced to six to fifteen years imprisonment. Defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea was denied, and he appeals as of right.
