Foothills Express sued four major trucking lines, and the union representing their employees, in antitrust. Foothills appeals the summary judgment dismissing the action, a judgment rendered in favor of Neilsen Freight Lines, DiSalvo Trucking Company, Delta Lines, Inc., Peters Truck Lines, and Local 150, Chauffeurs, Teamsters and Helpers Union.
