The Government appeals from the district court's pretrial ruling in a prosecution for firearms violations, in which the court suppressed the grand jury testimony of the defendant, Bobby Wayne Gilliland. See 18 U.S.C. § 3731 (1982) (allowing United States to appeal district court's order suppressing evidence).
