The residuary beneficiaries of a testamentary trust established by the testator, Lawrence B. Utterback, for the support of his widow, Florence Utterback, appeal from a Franklin County Probate Court judgment interpreting the testator's will.1 The residuary beneficiaries contend that the Probate Court erred when it excluded evidence of the testator's oral statements of intent with respect to disposition of trust income...
