Appellant, John C. Archibald, III, sued Act III Arabians and its owners, appellees, for damages resulting from the death of an Arabian horse. The principal issue on appeal is whether Texas law recognizes an implied warranty of good and workmanlike performance of personal services rendered by a professional.
