Plaintiff Mack Trucks, Inc. (hereinafter "Mack") brought the instant action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2201 seeking declaratory relief against the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, UAW (hereinafter "Union").
