Defendant Michael DeGrave appeals from the district court's dismissal of his habeas corpus motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 without a hearing. DeGrave was convicted of conspiracy to commit bank robbery and of bank robbery. We affirmed DeGrave's conviction on direct appeal.
