This is a suit filed by appellees, Lamont Dwight Frawley and Dana Scott Frawley, against Edward Eugene Gaines, appellant, contesting the validity of the will of Lois J. Frawley, deceased. The will was executed on November 14, 1979. The testatrix died on November 17, 1980.
