This is a DTPA suit.1 Plaintiffs/appellees Constance Troulinos and Daphne G.T. 41-.63 (Vernon Supp.1987). Pensabene, mother and daughter, recovered a judgment for actual and treble damages and attorneys' fees against defendants/appellants Richard A. Liptak and Darthy Liptak based on a jury verdict favorable to appellees. We affirm the judgment.
