This is a disciplinary proceeding brought by the Louisiana State Bar Association against one of its members, C. Scott Reis, who is charged with three specifications of misconduct.

Specification number one involves possession of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(C) and Disciplinary Rules 1-102(A)(1); 1-102(A)(3); and 1-102(A)(6).1 Specification number two charges Reis with commingling of client Woodrin's settlement...
