Our previous judgment dated May 14, 1986 reversing the conviction of appellant, Charles Ellisworth Yeager, was vacated, and the cause was remanded to this court by the Court of Criminal Appeals on April 1,1987, 727 S.W.2d 280, for reconsideration of appellant's fourth point of error. The basis of the remand was the Court of Criminal Appeals' opinion on the State's motion for rehearing...
