OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of fraudulently applying for voter registration and was sentenced to imprisonment for three years in the Texas Department of Corrections. She brings nine points of error. We affirm.

Appellant's first and second points of error challenge the constitutionality of the statute under which she was convicted, article 5.13a of the former Texas Election Code, Act of May 27, 1975, Ch. 296, § 42a, 1975...
