This is an appeal by Metropolitan Dade County from a summary judgment in favor of P.L. Dodge Foundations, Inc., doing business as Dodge Memorial Hospital. The judgment determined that the County owed the hospital for medical care furnished to Michael Murray after Murray was transferred by court order to the hospital for psychiatric evaluation and treatment.
