The plaintiff-in-rule, Lea Victoria Provensal Pugh (Vicky), petitioned to have her half brother, the defendant, Richard Michael Scott (Rick), declared unworthy to inherit in his mother's succession. Vicky's motion for summary judgment was granted and Rick appealed. We affirm.
