Sama appeals a final summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant freight forwarder on the grounds that his claim was barred by the one year statute of limitations set forth in the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act, 46 U.S.C.A. §§ 1300 — 1315 ("COGSA"). We reverse based upon the following brief analysis.
