Plaintiff Primrose Pratt (hereinafter "Pratt") was formerly employed by defendant Delta Air Lines, Inc. (hereinafter "Delta"). Following a customer's complaint, Pratt was fired. She is here seeking damages from her former employer resulting from this termination of her employment.
