Plaintiff, Judy Kay Mouton, filed suit against Anna Bonnett, Rockwood Insurance Co., John Kenney, and Century Insurance Company for damages allegedly sustained as a result of an automobile accident which occurred on October 31, 1983. At the time of the accident, plaintiff was stopped at a red light. While at this standstill, plaintiff's vehicle was struck by an automobile driven by John Kenney, which had been struck by a vehicle driven by Anna Bonnett...
