This is an action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1985(3). Plaintiff, Yoland Nieto, alleges that eleven members of defendant UAW Local 598, defendants Beardsley, Conley, Ewald, Harris, Greer, Gordon, McMillian, Hayes, Hiltz, Sedar and Henry, conspired and subjected her to race-based and sex-based harassment during one of their work shifts at General Motors.
