Daryle Murphy in his capacity as guardian an ad litem for Linda Cawley appeals from an order of the District Court, First Judicial District, Lewis and Clark County, dismissing plaintiff's claims against the State of Montana and the Department of Institutions on the grounds that the statute of limitations had run. We reverse.
