Grace Martinez, a United States citizen, and three resident aliens sued defendants, Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) agents, alleging that the agents violated their first, fourth, fifth and ninth amendment rights during a "factory sweep" of their workplace, Murakami Produce Company, in Ontario, Oregon.
