This is an interlocutory appeal taken by defendants below from a decision of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire denying defendants' motion to dismiss. Defendants had moved to dismiss for lack of complete federal diversity jurisdiction because plaintiff and one of the defendants, CompAir Inc., were allegedly both citizens of New Hampshire.
