Defendant, Electro-Coal Transfer Corp ("Electro-Coal") appeals from the district court's granting of a co-defendant Boh Bros.' Construction Co., Inc. ("Boh Bros.") motion for summary judgment.

In June of 1982 Thomas A. Edmonds was injured while in the employ of Boh Bros. Edmonds was participating in the construction of a dock at the Electro-Coal Transfer Corp. facility in Davant, Louisiana. Electro-Coal had contracted with Erwin Industries...
