THIS CAUSE came before the Court for trial on the complaint of the Plaintiff, the Chapter 7 Trustee. The Court having heard the testimony and examined the evidence presented, observed the candor and demeanor of the witnesses, considered the arguments and memorandum of counsel makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law.
