Rhetta Burge Bennett1 was charged by bill of information with the distribution of marijuana, in violation of La.R.S. 40:966. She was tried by a jury, convicted as charged, and was sentenced to eighteen (18) months at hard labor. Defendant appealed, urging four (4) assignments of error.2
