This is an appeal of a medical malpractice case, wherein the original plaintiffs-appellees, Eugene F. Harris, et ux, sued the defendant-appellant, St. Mary's Medical Center, Inc. The trial Court dismissed the plaintiffs' suit against St. Mary's by motion, on the grounds of res judicata.
