The Millers Mutual Fire Insurance Company (plaintiff) brought this action against Wildish Construction Company (defendant) to recover insurance proceeds paid to defendants Wayne and Cynthia Barnes (the Barneses) for damages caused to their home as a result of defendant's blasting operations.
