This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated robbery, where the punishment was assessed by the jury at 25 years' imprisonment.

On appeal appellant raised two points of error (nee grounds). During oral argument appellant's attorney conceded that his second point was without merit. We agreed on original submission and did not write on that point, but affirmed the conviction rejecting...
