Michael A. Mahfouz appeals pro se and in forma pauperis from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas dismissing his civil rights complaint. For reversal, Mahfouz argues that the denial of the opportunity to apply for participation in one of Arkansas' work/study release programs violated his fourteenth amendment rights to due process and equal protection.
