OPINION

EVANS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for involuntary manslaughter. After finding appellant guilty and the enhancement paragraph to be true, the jury assessed punishment at 15 years confinement and a $10,000 fine.

Appellant brings six points of error. Appellant's first point of error contends that the indictment for involuntary manslaughter was fundamentally defective because it failed to allege that appellant's intoxication...
