This case is before us on appeal from the granting of the plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment. The Superior Court denied the state's motion to withdraw admissions entered under Rule 36 of the Rules of Civil Procedure for the Superior Court, granted the motion of Cardi Corporation to strike certain denials filed by the state, granted Cardi's motion for partial summary judgment, and denied the state's cross-motion for summary...
