Defendant, Diane Gray, and her husband were charged by bill of information with two counts of cruelty to juveniles, violations of La.R.S. 14:93. On April 12, 1983, defendant's husband was acquitted on both counts, and defendant was acquitted on one count. No verdict was rendered on the other count.
