Dick and Barbara Kramer were divorced in 1979. As part of the decree of dissolution, they entered into a property settlement and child custody agreement. Dick Kramer now appeals a District Court decision that the portion of that agreement that reads: "Husband will deliver free of charge one (1) beef a year to Wife" is a division of property, not a provision for maintenance.
