Following the entry of a conditional guilty plea pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2), Lee Ross Shear appeals the denial of his motion to dismiss a multi-count indictment charging him with, inter alia, the possession and transfer of counterfeit money in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 472 and 473.
