Plaintiff, Marion Harrison, appeals from a judgment denying his claim for workmen's compensation. The central issue raised by plaintiff on appeal is whether the trial court erred in concluding plaintiff was not an employee for purposes of qualifying for workmen's compensation benefits at the time of his injury.
