When the marriage of the parties was dissolved in 1974, an oral but recorded stipulated property settlement agreement was approved, ratified, and confirmed by the final judgment of dissolution. Later a sale of some jointly owned marital property was made pursuant to the property settlement agreement. When the parties could not agree as to the distribution of the sale of proceeds, the ex-wife filed a Petition for Accounting and for Equitable Distribution...
