The appellant, Charles Stephen Reeves, was convicted by jury verdict of possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. Ark.Stat.Ann. § 82-2617 (Supp.1985). The court imposed concurrent sentences of one (1) year on the first count and three (3) years on the second count.
