This is a suit for death benefits under the Texas Worker's Compensation Act based on a policy issued under the assigned-risk provisions of the Texas Insurance Code. See Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 8306, § 8 (Vernon Supp.1987); Tex.Ins. Code Ann. art. 5.76 (Vernon Supp.1987).
