The personal representative of the original plaintiffs, Clarence and Rhodena Clockedile, appeals from judgments entered against the Town of Yarmouth in the Superior Court (Cumberland County). On appeal, plaintiff contends that the jury verdict assessing damages in the total amount of $300,000 was erroneously reduced to judgments totalling $60,000 against Yarmouth.
